We have purposely kept our ads rates incredibly low. We do this to accommodate both small and large suppliers. Some of our readers have expressed great satisfaction with some very small organizations, and that's what it's really all about - satisfying customers. "Small" doesn't mean "mediocre". The slogan for Mercedes-Benz is "the best or nothing". That slogan was invented for this audience.

  • Publisher reserves the right to change rates at any time before payment is accepted.
  • Publisher accepts no liability for damages due to advertisements not appearing in contracted issue.
  • All advertisements are subject to acceptance by the Publisher.
  • Publisher reserves the right to decline or reject any advertising for any reason, at any time without liability. This is true regardless whether the ad or ads have been previously accepted.
  • Advertising Responsibility: The purchaser of the advertising space assumes all responsibility for the entire content of any advertisements in any Fitzhugh Media publication and assumes responsibility for any claims or costs of litigating claims arising there against the Publisher.
  • Publisher will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions which conflict with the provisions of the stated rates.
  • All past due invoices are subject to a finance charge equal to 1.5% per month (18% A.P.R.) of outstanding balance.
  • Publisher reserves the right to employ a collection agency and/or attorneys to recover past due balances. Such accounts will be subject to a reasonable attorney/collection fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the outstanding balance.
